selling of sample products

did you manage to speak to the LBS that sold you the Chamois cream Iron?

 

 

Ok the Story i got from the LBS is as follows: "the supplier" did not have stock of the large tubs but said they had stock of the small tubs that apparantly are supplied free with every topend Assos cycling pants purchased!! . so it seems the supplier sold the samples to the shop that should be supplied free . mmmmmmmmmmmm

 

My 2 c worth is that the LBS should have taken this up with the supplier and not paid for stock that said " sample " on it. so both are to blame .

 

i know we may be getting ourself in a twist of R20 rand , but what has happen to basic ethics?
