Hi Guys

Dumb question...

Im busy building up a new bike and i want to use sram Rival/force/Red.

But in terms of workability, will using a force derailer with rival shifters make shifting faster then using a rival derailer? and same thing with using a red derailer...

HELP!

It's the same geometry and mechanism essentially as far as I can figure - the Force/Red just have fancier bits like Titanium springs / bolts / carbon this and that, maybe the more expensive ones might move fractionally quicker. Speed also to do with cables as far as I know.

I use a Rival RD with Force shifters only because that what the budget permitted at the time, no complaints, but then I only use my road warrior a few times a year for total road closure events.
