Only allowed to race either a 29er or 26"Not a combination of the two.Apparently it confuses other riders and they do not know what they are up against. It unsettles them, when they have to race and do not know whether it is a 26 or 29 inch. :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D

From CSA's Website - SA-MTB Race Regulations:

Section 1.9 dealing with Equipment:

" 1.9.2 Bicycles must use a wheel on both front and back for all disiplines of Mountain Bike competition that is no bigger than 26 inches. Mountain bikes using two 29” wheels may now also be used."

Well that's pretty clear. Wheels may not be bigger than 26" unless bigger wheels are used.

No indication that both wheels have to be the same size.

And, assuming you have c'd and p'd, CSA have spelt "discipline" wrong.

ag please, who's gonna stop you. MAYBE if you are a pro they will at you funny. There are no 26" or 29" racing categories so the statement "Apparently it confuses other riders and they do not know what they are up against" can not be made.

I think a 69er is only legal between two consenting adults, although some countries up north still have laws against it particularly if your team mate is of the same gender.

hehehehehehe
