Grab and go station for Argus

Hello All.

What would you like to see on a early morning station for a grab and go before the Argus?

So far I told the guys, bananas, muffins, jungle oat bars, Energades and some baby potatoes in foil with a little salt and olive oil. Anyone else got ideas?

Good idea leet22. That list about covers it, maybe add Jellybabies or something similar. Where you planning on having this "Grab and Go" station?

and some hot sweet breakfast tea with lots of milk.

I have added cold pasta salad's to my morning pre-race program, with good success (Woolies type),

Forgot tea and coffee

So the list is as Follows:

 

Tea, coffee , hot chcolate, water, powerades etc.

jelly babies, kit kats etc

boiled eggs, boiled potaotes.

crossiants and muffins.

cold pasta salads in tubs with spoon.

 

The Station will be for the Hotel residents B) that do not want to get up early for breakfast.
