I would recommend copper paste. You can find small tubes at any hardware store.

 

Copper paste the stuff of kings. Apply it to anything that might seize up - seat rails, seat post, any threads, chainring bolts - it prevents squiking(?) and will allow easy diassembling later. Especially great on bearing cups.
