Tygerberg MTB - R300 ish currently.

 

Great vallue as we have some great tracks on the local farms taking a lot of work and money; and its expanding.

Club rides. Hospitality (venue, convenient parking, food, drink and massages) at Argus and 94.7. Discount at Linden and Northcliff Cycles. Someone to deal with CSA and CGC admin issues on my behalf.

I ride with Tygerberg MTB Club. There are now in excess of 1000 members and growing. The annual fee is about R300.00. This is for the local trail building programs. We now have about 60km of trails in the area that are maintained by the club.

 

As I ride the trails at least twice a week @ R25.00 per ride this would work out to R1400 per year. At R300 per year, what a bargain @ R2.70 per ride.

Mavericks KZN R100 + R75 CSA bare bones (MTB). You can add EMBA liscence and Giba Gorge to that as well but it becomes expensive.

 

Occasional organised outrides. Hospitality at some races and an all round bunch of great helpful guys and girls. Welcome to the Maverick Family!!

Club ROAG = R50 per year as from next year.

This might go back down. I believe part of the reason for the increase was that CSA was planning to charge clubs a registration fee. This idea has now been scrapped.
