Has anyone riden the new Momsen 29er and able to give any feedback on the bike?

The aluminium framset seems to be very well priced at R2 500.

Victor is the guy who did the technical work on the Raleigh range when they were quite strong several years ago. He's a decent bloke and is sourcing his stuff from the same or similar factories as Raleigh (and probably Silverback). So it's probably decent stuff. Especially at that price...

Nicely specced stuff, shot with him and one of his sponsored personalities yesterday. Yet to give one a ride, but looking at the build they seem extremely capable!

By the by, I say sponsored "personality" because thats exactly what Ray Chaplin is, in a nice way of course.

He's a solo adventurer, some of you may remember him riding to CT from Newtown on a fixie beach cruiser to raise awareness of cyclist safety.

Great to him getting support from someone in the industry like Victor.

Tomorrow at the vG Ride we shall how the Momsen 29er goes, mebbe it'll swing my opinion of 29ers ;)
