2011 Cross Country Calender

Hello,

 

We are just waiting for the National calendar to be confirmed, then we will release the dates and venues for the combines CGC/GN XC series.

 

 

If you have any ideas how we may be able to attract more riders/courses etc please let me know.

terence - last year i did the first one, enjoyed it a LOT, then struggled to get info (via google) for the second one, and found it after entries closed.

if you could advertise the dates on the hub, cyclelab, entrytime - where more people would be aware of these types of events.

 

Are dates for 2011 finalised yet? where could i get a calendar?

I see the da are on the rock hopper website but still I cannot find it with CGC and I do not even know if NG has a website to use. If we want to grow this side of the sport people should at least know where to find the race dates.

I did post the combined CGC/GN XCO provincial event dates under the Events page, i will find it and bump up again.

 

 

I will check why it is not up on the CGC website.

 

Please check 2010 XCO/XCM provincial results on the web site aswell.

 

We need to do a prize giving for the MTB only any suggestions???????

We try and keep the costs down ( 2011 R100) so do not use a online entry system, saying that i am looking at it for this year.

 

I do have a budget for advertising this year so there will be more put out there.

 

We will also be giving prize money for the classes, but you will have to do 4 out of the 5 to qualify.

 

Watch out for a XCO warm-up series comming up good prizes for all classes,we will also try a Novice class for those new to XCO as the whole famaily can ride and you are not far from the pits if you have a problem.
