Please assist - getting MTB for a friend

Mate of mine is a roadie that I'm slowly converting to MTB

 

He is looking at getting a ~2-3 yr old MTB with fairly good spec components on.

Weight will not be an issue as this is his first offroad bike.

 

Bellville area/ Ct for him to come and have a look.

 

Any offers in the R5000 - R7000 range?
