Both Boyes and Old Boyes Drive were closed as a result just after 4pm. Traffic from Fish Hoek was diverted via Clairvaux Road towards Muizenberg. Cape Town Disaster Risk Management spokesperson Mandy Thomas said motorists travelling towards Fish Hoek should expect heavy delays. The motorcyclist was 37 and was heading towards Muizenburg.Only one lane o the main road between Muizenburg and Kalk by was open leading to heavy traffuc build up" Is this not perhaps the same incident and incorrectly reported as a cyclist?
