Is it too late to join?

I was 107kg on the 4th of January.

Currently I am at 102kg

I am 1.75m

Aiming for at least 85kg.

BTW, the only really bad part on those marshmallow easter eggs is the chocolate. I agree though, they are super addictive

I took a look at the supermarket how big a 1kg margarine is. Next time I go there I am going to stack 25 of them in my trolley and take a photo :o

Was 103kg on 1 October 2010. Now 92.2 Want to be below 90 for Argus.

I have been tracking my weight a little to closely, but has anybody else noticed that their weight spikes on a Monday ... after a race or hard training session on the day before.

My Lightest day is always a Thursday ... Monday is the heaviest.

My problem with Mondays are the weekends!! Nevermind the race, it's all the stuff I over indulge on

@Chris: regarding races, do you not pick up weight, due to water retention as well as consuming things like Gu Gels etc?

I think it has got a lot to do with the amount of self control that you have!! I have been trimming the fat off of my meat lately and reducing those tyoe of things, yet the other night I could barely keep myself in and I ate 2 strips of cripsy pork fat!! I knew I shouldn't but damn it was good
