CAAD4 Posted January 12, 2011 Posted January 12, 2011 Has anyone ridden at Zebula lodge? We have a company break away there soon and I thought I would take my MTB along. Their web site says nothing about MTB as an activity.

G--thebus Posted January 13, 2011 Posted January 13, 2011 Take your bike, there is some great single track on the east side of the reserve. Pretty tame but fun. If you want a long outing you can cross over into Mabalingwe and cycle in there too, just be careful of Rhinos!A great longish ride is to head out of the Zebula eastern gate, take a left on the dirt road and then right up towards Elements golf course, its a great drag of a climb. Back the same way into the single track and home.
MTBer Posted January 13, 2011 Posted January 13, 2011 Ride there quite often as we have a house there and it is good riding, no hils though. If you ride the perimeter along the fence you should get about 30kms and then include some of the single track as mentioned above
Just Keep Pedaling Posted January 13, 2011 Posted January 13, 2011 Rode there this year. It was 'nice' but don't expect epic riding - it is a game reserve with jeep track.
