Have you ever seen the one of the guy riding along a thin ledge with like a gazillion feet of drop if he gets it wrong? AMAZING. Must I post it for you?

Bicycles was first used by the USA in the Spanish War of 1898.

 

South Africa was not far behind

How the hell did they get accross the water on bicycles?

 

(Bicycles had first been used by the US army in the Spanish War, 1898, when a hundred black cyclists under the command of Lt James Moss were rushed in to help with riot control in Havana, Cuba.)
