Thanks guys, I got hold of Hennie and he was of very good help.

i agree marius compition is good!! i placed an order with CWC yesterday and they delivered this morning at the same time i placed an order with buycycle so it will be interesting to compare the two now in terms of delivery!

I've ordered loads of stuff from CWC - always received it within 24 hours. Placed order with Buycycle Week ago - can't even get a tracking # out of them - very upset!! :thumbdown: :cursing:

Used the contacts given in this topic to try and find out what happened to my order which was placed and paid wednesday, exactly 7 days ago. My email prompted Kevin to phone me and he promised to give me feedback on the reason for the delay.

 

This is the reply that I got tonight, seven days after my order was placed:

 

Hi Dr Pretorious

 

Sorry for the delay with your Order.

We've finished with a 3 day Capestorm stock take & therefor the shipments were delayed & will be shipped tomorrow.

We're expecting a Continental delivery tomorrow & will ship for delivery early next week.

Sorry for the inconvenience
