Cuppa Bru Posted January 27, 2011 Posted January 27, 2011 Hey guys & girls I've been experiencing severe lower back pain on my longer rides (3h+) and was hoping someone on the hub could recommend a good physio to me who can help me to fix my back. I'm hoping for a good year of cycling and I don't want to risk spoiling it with a cranky lower back.

Danila - pm me for the numbers if you are interestedBut she is going to hurt you to make you better or if you are interested I also have a friend that does sport massage, you cant believe what difference a good leg massage can do to your ride and then you kill two birds with one stone

FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Location will be in PTA East at the west entrance of Silver Lakes! My wife is an awsome physio. Mostly hands on. She prefers sporting injuries.
