Disclaimer - I'm a backup rider for the team, so my views might be biased

 

I cant tell you how awesome it is having a sponsor as passionate about cycling as Brothers Sport. I'm really awed that they put so much effort, time and money into a non pro team. These guys are going out of their way to help us out and support us

 

heres just one example:

Brothers Sport is going to host an after race function (2011 Argus Cycle Tour) at the XXXX Hotel, Cape Town which will include a full hot buffet of various roasts + salads + breads etc... & a cash bar. This will be situated at the hotel's swimming pool area and will be open from 10am to 4pm.

As a pleb rider, its really amazing to be part of something like this.

Nice. Our club organises free boerie and prego rolls and beers at the finish of a lot of the big races. Does that qualify?

Airbender, maybe we must hook up after races. I will bring a gazebo and some boerewors, and maybe you can organise a gasbraai. All we need now is some more brothers to join. I feel much better already, cause I hated those lonely rendezvous with my coolerbox!
