Hello Hubbers,

 

Thought it might be interesting to see a training logbook\thread of sorts on the site. Mostly to use as motivation amongst each other and it will be cool to see how many of us ride almost the same route at near similar times.

 

I'll kick off my morning ride:

 

This morning 2hrs 10min. MONSTER headwind. Felt like a constant uphill. Left West Beach 05:20 through to Camps Bay. From there back along Ocean View drive (SeaPoint) through CBD to Mowbray. (Mowbray to West Beach this afternoon at 15:30)

How many hubbers on fittrack? Asked this before with poor response.

 

Could be useful to see who is doing what training and for what. Also keen to get some comments going around this too. I see the communities option at fittrack has this now. Always seems to work better on a forum though.

 

I'm on fittrack. Enjoying the structure of the program. Has made me put in a better training effort than I would've in the run up to the Argus.
