come ride our crit on 6 march.

ride from home - good intense workout (with the prospect of winning some money) and then a leisurely ride home.

go to events page or www.citycyclingclub.org

have a good breakfast and you won't bonk and just keep on sippng yr drinks on the ride . i know it's difficult to eat so

early in the morning if you are in the firt few start groups to eat a big breakfast.

 

to Cleva - you have to include some intensity in yr training rides. intervals etc, its the only way yr

body will adapt itself to riding at a faster pace.
