Wille, its never easy winning a race, my f=ing puls was 183 avg for the kermess. the road race was slow and I had no scary moments keeping up,my climbing sucks against the top dogs. didnt even reach max HR (193) i got 189 instead as maX and avs HR 157... league race in CT is useally 176 on avs for whole race. so it came down to the sprint,moolies was sitting my wheel like a leech for the last 6km...dont blame him,i did kick his ass in the crit the day b4 so revenge was ontop off his list!!!! The top rider did win the race race so all in all KONTENT!!!!
