  9. Hi Craig Here is what we do Pull the bolt out, grease the inner surface where it contacts the clamp. Do it on the long nut side too Then grease the threads on the bolt. Be careful not to get grease between the clamp and the seat post itself. It is recommended that you torque the bolt up to 12nm Hope this helps Shamus

  19. You must try the Candy's then Eggbeaters with a platform.
  20. I have to agree. Shimano pedals are a great product.
  21. I agree the sales person could have indicated the warranty period to you. However it is also indicated on the packaging and on the web site We really don't mind helping solve a problem for our customers Not all shoes are manufactured with exactly the same features. The depth of the cleat boxes of different brands differ greatly and also different materials are used. These variations can be catered for with the use of shoe shields and tread contact sleeves. With so many variables, I don't believe it is a design flaw in the pedals We make ourselves available to advise our customers should they be experiencing difficulties I don't hide behind a pseudonym and my work contact details are listed on my profile. Email me, phone me if you're not happy. I cant help if I don't know
  22. did you send me the pedals that failed? they would be covered under warranty did you use the shoe shield on your Sidi shoes?
  23. Both scenarios answers are correct The "limited float cleat" is available separately from the pedals you bought. New Crank Brothers Pedals are supplied with the Premium cleat
  24. First ride with cleats? The fun is about to find you ????
