I think its a small business and hopefully they are still around and nothing has happened.

I brought the bike second hand so no warranty, but spoke to Hilton and Patrick and they have a few 110 front triangles left that they will sell if something happens to the frame. They really are a awesome bunch and super helpful.
My green 110 frame cracked but got my hands on this. Hopefully will have everything all built up in time to ride next weekend. Really liking the raw finish.
