Based on the information you provided an elevated salary increase for your wife would seem appropriate. That type of dedication / passion deserves a good reward ( in any job for that matter ). But not all of these “people” are of your wife’s caliber. Even if they where taking home R2000 a month, their job choice and not the innocent children or the school fee paying parents!!! They could just stay at home or vent their frustration at government or go rampage the officials / ministers homes, then the dispute will be settled quickly. Bottom line, they enjoy the violent / aggressive approach. All the unions members act the same, so it is NOT mainly about the money.

This is when we need the community to stand together, soon as these F@#kers arrive at our kids school we should be there to take them out!!!! How can one entrust their children in the hands of these animals!!! All they are teaching now is racism, hatred and violence. I have come to a conclusion, they “toi toi” partially because of the money, the main reason is so they can run around for days wielding sticks and weapons, destroying trees, buildings, littering the streets…. What kind of “human” would intimidate children to get their point across? In plain English they love violence and destruction, and yes I blame the government as well for allowing the unions to get away with this sort of actions

Does anybody have information on the teachers strike, got an sms from my daughters school in Benoni advising my children to stay at home as the protestors are being aggressive. Apparently they where at Wordsworth High School then moved onto a primary school in Crystal Park where they broke the fence, gate and threw stones at the windows. Tomorrow apparently they will be going past my daughters school in Northmead and a nearby highschool Any person living in Benoni that can confirm these claims?
