  3. Broke my rear derailleur outer cage . Where can I find a part or is the only solution the 2/3 of complete derailleur replacement offered by SRAM ?

Looking after the whole spruit route is everyone's responsibility and blaming deterioration of something as indestructible as a muddy jump lip on "XC" riders going down instead of up is another irrational idea. How did you get to your special one directional piece of jump heaven and was it also built by a certain genre of cyclist or do we all appreciate the spruit fairies? This is public property used by a bunch of people that enjoy the out doors and newly developed interesting lines and everyone has right to every piece of land doesn't matter what bicycle you ride.
  5. also thinkk the xx is great,but some tech problems. merida has direct mount fd and they only imported the s2 and not the s3 which is the correct fd for my frame, also the problem with tightening the crank with spacers.
  6. should have added,my crank is the Q166 with the furthest clearance as i understand and spacers either let the crank arms fall of when under torqued or it seizes up when appropriately torqued?
  7. hi, i recently had xx groupset fitted to 0.9 merida 2010 frame. what is the normal clearance between the large chainring ans the chainstay. its gxp bb and 42 large blade. my chainstay got some damage on this weekends race.
  8. go see your GP to refer you to an orthopod that specializes in lower limbs/knees. cycling is already the best physio for knees. as it,stated above,strengthens the thigh muscles that gives stability to your knee. if the doc wants to cut it open immediately. think again.that said,you have tried the conservative route for some time now.
  9. something to consider. take race kings ust 640-700g non-ust 560g xtra 1.5 cup of stans or eq 75gx2= 150g tubeless conversion or just the strip to seel non-ust 30gx2= 60g so 280g-210g = 70g!! wt saving
