  1. Wow! this looks stunning straatvark! Enjoy the blue skies and water! (and Craven, you have my sympathy!)
  2. WOW Zaskar! Respect for having the patience to post all these pics!! Thanks! That is only the second Guerciotti I've ever seen. Is that a custom paint job?
  3. Oi - forgot about BMC Fan's bday!! SORRY!! BUt .. it can only have been a good one - WH was already dancing on the tables at prizegiving, after 3 punctures etc etc
  4. Just for this explanation, consider torque just a force that goes "round the bend" and lets just simplify it to linear force for a moment. Your question would then be can you generate power without applying a force to a body? No. Exactly. So they are two entities. But they are related - in the sense that the one cannot be generated without the presence of the other one. (again in this example) JohanB - i agree with you - and you are respected for being an 'exact man'. I just thought your choice of wording (p2 of this thread) was open for misinterpretation ..
  5. Nothing much. He won, but didn't sign in. So was DQ'd

  8. Not true' date=' Torque and Power are not related and quite easily confused.[/quote'] Johan - i understand why you say that torque and power can be confused, but can you expand on why you say they are not related? I understood power to essentially be the product of the RPM and the torque?
  9. mmm ... thats just weird. So one day is there, and the next day its gone? If it is about dates being too far apart then it implies one would not be able to track your PMC over say two years? Doesn't sound right. But will fiddle with the dates and see what happens, or will maybe clone the other visible one and adjust those dates edit: no sorry, i'm talking nonsense ... you can track it, but just not in 'minimized visible view' Ronelle2008-04-08 02:00:34
  10. Can anybody help? Can't fathom WHAT I did wrong, or changed ... BUT my one PMC chart shows blank in normal view, once double clicked and enlarged, everything is there and looks fine. (The other PMC chart is visible as normal in normal view, only difference between the two charts, is dates - ALL other settings the same! - and now one visible, and one not!)
  11. The Daily Holy Roller is the only newspaper I read. Very diverse, never boring, often hilariously irrelevant, always entertaining - and just all round good to know. Thanks HR!
