  1. Major Tom to ground control...
  2. Bit of a drive for you but its a lekker ride, worth it. And the moer koffie with condensed milk is a bonus...
  3. Entered last night, looking forward to it. Missed last year but did it in 2016. Good fun but COLD... Glad to see the later start time.
  4. Designed and tested in a wind tunnel, I'm sure... What my photos don't show is the size of the rear tires.. They must be over a foot wide.
  5. Red 302 Mach 1... I'd bet that could be sold to a 'Stang collector in the US for some nice cash...
  6. Spotted this recently. Foose Mustang. For when a bright yellow 5.0 Mustang isn't quite enough for you...
  7. Reminds me of the old joke about the farmer telling the stranger about the 3 legged pig he owns that saved a babies life, stopped a fire, took a robber down mid assault, lifted a fallen log off the farmer... When the stranger asks why has he only got 3 legs? The farmer replies “Well, come on, you don’t eat a pig like that all at once!”
  8. I am a huge Beatles fan, and I have to admit Macca has always been my favourite. I grinned stupidly/laughed/cried my way through this. Corden also earned a ton of respect from me from this.
  9. Don't get me started... One of the best things I've seen! In the first series, early on, he did an episode with Ricky Gervais. One of the funniest things I have ever seen... And the Alec Baldwin one is very good too. Looking forward to the new series next month and loving that he inked a nice deal with Netflix. I'm hoping it means we will get remastered seasons of the Seinfeld sitcom.
  10. If you're even remotely a Beatles fan, you will love this.
  11. Great little vid. Love the rainbow.
  12. Years ago I went for a ride in a mate's one which had a Ford V6 motor. Thing of beauty that Kombi was.
  13. I don't think I'd have the 'nads to do this but it looks pretty damn cool from that view...
  14. Well bike choice is fairly simple for me. The one I own... I've never entered a race to win and don't expect any podiums but this would be the longest distance I've attempted and yes, I would just be wanting to complete it at this point. Well done and kudos on doing it on a SS though.... Respect.
  15. I know... I'm excited The key for me will be getting accustomed to the 100km + rides. May I ask if you're doing it on a mountain or cyclocross bike?
  16. In a moment of insanity (clearly) I allowed a 'friend' to sign me up for this last night. How flexible are the organisers on that 5pm cut off? #askingforafriend #goingtokakbricks
  17. Law in India, not so? Might has right? Or is that a myth?
  18. Not quite a song, but if you're a Dave Matthews Band fan, they offered a free steam of their show in New Jersey last night.
  19. This was my Invader. Bought from PnP Hyper Boksburg, used to commute to school and back from Boksburg to Benoni, rain or shine, winter or summer. My dad bought it for me as it was the cheapest bike you could buy, pretty much... But I did love it. I used to go through BBs at a rapid rate.
  20. You gotta be a special kind of stupid.
  21. Apart from this being in Nigeria, that photo looks ominously dodge to me. Maybe I'm just too cynical.
