in all seriousness (is that a new word -lol), do anybody know if there were legal/disciplinary steps taken to all involved. this is total bull and the sport dont need this!!!! this wont help trying to revive track cycling and I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT STEPS ARE BEING TAKEN THAT STUFF LIKE THIS NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN.

Seeing that winter is almost upon us, and i dont get on the bike as much as i should! I figured that i need something to keep me interested, so here goes!! What, where, how, etc etc do you need to do to became an official at races. I always see these omies and tannies dressed in official WPCA clothes here in CPT. do i need to write some kinda test and stuff? and will i be able to became a commisaire or whatever. (and for the record i dont know where to post this, cause its no rant&rave, nor a off topic chit chat, neither T&A, cause it sure isnt very technical and i'm aware that its not all too 'General Notice' either!!) either way, hope all you 'slimmies' can help me
