  4. South Bay Cycles is there most weekends. They offer free basic bike support to everyone. They usually have one or two CUBE display bikes too. We only do the actually CUBE demo rides every few weeks there though. But follow us on Facebook to see where we are doing demos. We do them often.
  5. Hi StevieL PM me if you would like to discuss anything in detail. We will be having a display at the Sunninghill Village (SPAR and SBR Sport) this Saturday from 9am till 1pm. EUROBIKE AWARDED CUBE: BEST HARDTAIL DESIGN AWARD BEST FULL SUSPNSION DESIGN AWARD Both these bikes will be on display as well as a range of others. Anyone who appreciates bicycles should come down and have a look. Otherwise feel free to contact one of our deals for more info. It is still cheaper most the time to buy locally and that excludes all the extra savings that people usually forget when shopping online.
  6. The Winner will be decided tomorrow. So I suggest getting your picture up there ASAP or go and "like" your mates picture so he can win. Simple as that.
  7. It looks like "12 like's" is the number to beat at the moment.
  8. The post office has a maximum size limit and the usual bike box falls outside that limit. Maybe just double check that before you waste your time.
  9. You don't need luck. You just need to get all your aunties, uncles and mates to 'like' your pic.
  10. Instructions on how to win are on the link... It is simple.
  11. Since it is so cold I decided we should give a CUBE Team Pilot Hoody away. Visit http://www.facebook.com/#!/pages/CUBE-Bikes-South-Africa/198745129866 Good luck
  12. Perfect for this weather. Hope you enjoy it. Keep your eyes open for the start of yet another 'warm' give away VERY soon.
  13. I was going to give it to the first person who had a Lions supporter shirt in their profile pic but there has been none. Maybe I will just pick the guy with the hottest sister. Seriously... I will do the random selection at 12 (in an hour)
  14. bump Time is running out for those that have not entered.
  15. The winner of the Teamline Jacket will be decided tomorrow... so you still have time to enter if you haven't yet.
  16. We just distribute but there are bike shops in the Sandton area that stock CUBE bikes and accessories.
  17. The competition is still on people.
  18. Become a Fan of the CUBE South Africa Facebook Page and stand a chance to WIN this CUBE Teamline Winter Riding Jacket. It is that simple. Good luck
  19. If I had to fall going down those slopes on my bike as often as I fall while snow skiing I think I would be in trouble. At least I know how my breaks work on my bike. Still trying to find them on snow skis.
  20. Does anyone have a spare plane ticket to Germany for me. Really wish I could go to this event. http://www.bikedays.mayrhofen.at/en It looks awesome.
  21. I am taking a few CUBE demo bikes to Groenkloof tomorrow. This will be in addition to South Bay's usual (great) weekend service they providing at Groenkloof. Hope to see some of you there.
  22. The one I put on the scale was 8.5kgs with pedals. Cube bikes are usually 300g less than there advertised weight
  23. I really do think the best value for money hardtail is the following: http://www.cube-bike.co.za/index.php/hardtails/elite-hpc-sl-details It won Eurobike Gold Award for the best Hardtail Mountain Bike. It weighs 8.3kgs. And this still passes the Cube Din+ strength standard that is 50% higher than most bikes are built too. The dual flex technology really does work well in absorbing high frequency and small bumps at the back yet it still feels like a hardtail. For the price it can't be beaten in terms of weight, technology and looks. PM me if you want more details etc becasue I know people dont want to be advertised too on this forum.
