Hi Propedal is not a complete lockout and there is give. The dial with "1 , 2 , 3" gives you the amount of give in propedal. So to get the closest to complete lockout, set your blue dial to 3. You might have it on 1 at the moment.

I have taken the EPO -29er for a spin. That motor really does help. has 4 settings: High Low Off Regenerate It won't be good on rough off road trails but brilliant for commuting in SA where you sometimes need to go onto pavements or some foot paths etc. (front shock and 29er wheels) It won a Eurobike award this year.

Somethings are worth waiting for. Besides at least you know you getting a 2012 bike and not a '2012' bike with 2011 components like most the 2012 bikes already out.

The Carbon 29ers will only land in November/Decemer. The 29er full sus will only land in January
