The first batch of new hub kit is under way. A number of hubbers pm'ed me around the possibility of a second order. I have given a commitment in principle to facilitate another order. I will be opening it up in the last week of September for orders. I would like to first finalise the first order's receipt and dispatch. I you want a full kit, have about R750 available at end Sept. Will advise closer to the time

Had a meeting with DOT in Pta today to finalise the placement. Shaun's whole initiative has been given ongoing project status, I also have a better understanding of the intricacies involved. The end result is that I didn't get what I originally had in mind, which was to have an initial sprinkling of signs to create awareness. Use the awareness as a springboard to raise more funds to populate the route with signs. We have rather gone the route of closing out one particular loop and then moving to the next one. Phase one is signage to be placed at the GPA prescribed points on the Lynnwood road/Boschkop route favoured by many cyclists in Pta's eastern suburbs.
