  1. I have coxsackie B3 & B6 which was only diagnosed 4 months ago but I been feeling sick for the past 8 months . Every time I raced or trained I got sick and now I cannot even walk fast without feeling like I have been worked over with a baseball bat . Trying ozone therapy which seems to be helping and hope to try ride again early in the new year . Sick and tired of feeling **** and miss the bike .
  2. Agreed , all of the above .
  3. Castrol DWF with a dash of Squirt on top for the MTB and straight up Castrol DWF for the road bike . Easy to clean off and the chain/rings and cassette last forever .
  4. It was 3 days of great mud and racing - only the gippos spoilt the fun a bit .
  5. My SWorks Epic is showing signs of paint crack where the seat post goes into the frame . Should I worry ?
  6. Rye bread , fruit & some mixed nuts . Home made biscuits all packed by the better half .
  7. Little rain never hurt !
  8. I also have mates in the same position - wives or girlfriends always moaning ! My wife supports me 100% training and racing as long as I keep up the romance too when off the bike !
  9. Go for comfort and reliability because its going to hurt no matter how much training you do . Finished 158th on training an average of 10 hours a week but was thankful for a comfortable and reliable bike . So spending big money on a bike is not everything but it does help if you are fit and prepared .
  10. Had mine for a year and a half . Done Epic and Sani on them plus ride twice every weekend and they are still true like new . Think it depends how soft or hard you run your tyre pressure ??
