can i run tubeless with normal tyers if i use a stans kit. or is running slime tubes the same

you cant do base at 60% for a hour and expect you to get stronger on a 100km ride for a 100km ride you must do 4hours base to get the time in the saddle,and to get your body ready for the time that you want it to race.do base on weekends
