This happened at the race at stonehaven on Thursday, when i dropped my bike off at the LBS i stressed the fact that i have to race the Harties Saturday morning, i don?t get a call from them the whole day, so at 3:30 i call them and ask how?s the bike, I was told that they never had any stock and that he had to get me a lever from his house...., so i told him well when will my bike be ready, he said Tuesday, that?s when i flipped and said I need to race in the morning, eventually i got my bike back 1pm Saturday afternoon, R800 poorer and i missed out on the race...R700 more and i could have put on two brand new ergo levers... I have never had any problems with this LBS before, but the shocking service i got from them this weekend, they will NEVER see my bike again...
