nope i haven't got a gf yet from it, just a pain free ride.

i have had it three times in december just don't move while they in, did they strap your back muscles afterwards, also you shouldn't ride the day that it was done, and to answer your questions yes it works, i was suffering from bad knee pains even a 40km would hurt like crazy, i have had no pain, three sessions later... i also hate needles but its actually nothing have had them in my back, my butt and knee and under knee cap.1hill@aTime2007-02-21 06:21:03

she's a beauty

these exercises were from my physio she is sports trained, they not to hectic, and only about 10 - 15 mins a day, should i add in some ab training as well. the reason i went to her i was experincing knee problems from riding, these exercises have helped alot with that i just want to kep the pain away, while i increase my training.

i have been doing a few things my physio showed me using the ball, just thought of some other usefull hints that the well informed hubbers will know about.
