  3. so recently got to watching Pandora was a bit skeptical about starting this as it is made by the CW which has shows like Supergirl, the Arrow and the Flash, and not least the disastrous Batwoman series which all ended up been a bit Woke, and thus failed but am enjoying it, its a bit teenzy but an enjoyable family friendly Sci-Fi

  10. OK so you basically hunt and search for new content? My system is a bit more set, leave and forget. By using Radarr ( Movies) and Sonarr (Series), programme movies or series to look for, When a new episode Airs, it will auto find that episode and download, rename and move to the correct drive and folder. So I very seldom go a day beyond when a episode airs, to when my library gets updated Edit: Grammar and getting it read better and make more sense.
  11. Just my thought to yours.. slight offset question.. how do you keep up to date with newer episodes of your selected TV show?
  12. I have a Media Server as apposed to a NAS, its a Dell server PC running Ubuntu studio, I have a basic Graphics card installed, The purpose I use it for is for Kodi/plex and runs great also have Radarr and Sonarr Installed and running about 12TB of usable space. and gives me the option of using it as a desktop when need be. would this not be a worthy option? getting a PC even a refurbed/second hand and doing similar? as opposed to a NAS P.S to make it more gaming related I'm also using it as a Minecraft server to connect to my Laptop and X-box
  13. the only thing that no optical means is no game trading, the second hand/ game exchange market is dead for the new console, that and you now basically only have 1 vendor to get your games ( Microsoft or Sony) depending on your console,

  16. I've seen many a supposed review of Cuties, good or bad its not my cup of tea, Its supposed to highlight and condemn the sexualization of children and the abuse, but the way Netflix has been marketing it, it seems they are catering to a different market,
  17. First stage of the Krematart back in 99' I was sprinting out the back of the bunch at 80kph, I just could not keep up, a tandem was leading the bunch at incredible speeds. as to that last hill, Ottosehoogte, trained on that many at time, 80kph was a mild day..

  19. Cobra Kai was originally a YouTube Original, not bad, enjoyed season 1.
  20. Basically a dictatorship. Flat hierarchies: a general definitionMuch media attention has focused on holacracies, but actually holacracy is just one type of flat hierarchy that became popular due to its adoption by well-known companies operating in Silicon Valley and the wider technology sector. What holacracies and other forms of flat hierarchies have in common is a smaller-than-normal layer of middle management. Some flat hierarchies have no middle managers between staff and executives, with decisions made by self-organising teams or rotating team leaders. Others have fewer middle managers than you would normally expect in an traditional organisation of the same size, with each one managing a much larger slice of the workforce. Overall, managers tend to have more responsibility and accountability in flat organisations. This is particularly true where there is only one layer between staff and the executive level.
