I am running out of time in my day to ride....hence I want to train indoors later at night or early in the morning. I want to purchase a bicycle trainer for my MTB. Please give comments? Good for frame, bad etc etc?? Next: what trainers do you suggest? Thanks for the help!!

sherbet......my work is about to be cancelled. Oh no I am gonna have to work tomorrow night, at least I should then be able to get enough sleep so I can keep up with the biker mice

i think a map will be good.....i have to work until 4am tomorrow, so being at groenies at 630am is going to be a tester for me, maybe i will sleep when i ride... Please someone bring a PRESTA pump, incase mine is broken.....I haven't had a chance to look at my tyres, so i will do this tonight....eeeek

hey Polkie.....thanks dude, but alas the enrgy levels were somewhat low Next time we make it a good one.....hope more peeps come along....I did a nice loop yesterday, but ended up having to call for a rescue lift since I had a blowout, just before Hans Strijdom, and my pump decided not to be a pump any longer..... But yeah lets see how things go! Was a pity Miss V was a screw loose and she couldn't attached her front skewer...hehehehe, excuses excuses!
