it's all well taking over that group, but if you search for anti cyclist there are at least 3 other groups that come up. and it's international groups - it seems that many people don't like us much!!!

It's Terrible news. Condolenses to those he left behind

I got phoned a couple of years ago about setting up a bi-annual debit order, i think it has a really reduced rate, never really noticed, but i'm quite happy not receiving all the "your subscription is about to expire" letters and emails and phone calls! although i'm not too chuffed with the issues arriving late, or not at all sometimes. the post Argus issue arrived a month after it was in stores - to the Post office...very inconvenient!

There is a court summins to back this up...

the guy who fell (the guy you were next to) is the guy who is being sued by the rider coming from the opposite direction.

The total amount being sued for is R250 000...

our friend fell after the bunch slowed down and his front wheel got crossed by the guy in front. He fell over into the oncoming traffic , which is where this guy hit him coming down at speed .. our friend lost part of his ear in the crash.. there are many witnesses to this !<?:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

I say scan the summons and post it on the hub so we can all have a good laugh We're working on it!!

That is really aweful. I mean we all go into races, to have fun. Anything could happen. It?s your business to look after your financial affairs ? this includes insurance and medical aid! Can?t keep going around blaming someone else for things that go wrong to you?

Fortunatly I am insured, but we'll see how good they are with the claim!! (I have very little faith in insurance companies!) I was riding on Somerset road, early Sunday morning.

So I really didn't think I'd be posting something like this, but this morning I was involved in an accident. I'm fine - nice roastie on my elbow which hurts like a mother f@#% but in one piece otherwise, my poor, new 3 week old bike is not. rear staycracked right in half (gotta love that carbon!). Was out on nice chilled training ride with the BF, when to avoid a collision with one of those notorious taxi's, I braked (suddenly i must addmit!) but yelled for the BF to stop, and the taxi too(!) neither did, and I ended up being the one taken out. And you know, I suppose no suprise to anyone, the taxi just drove off. But the thing that really got to me, was there was a Metro police car that saw the whole thing, he stopped got out the car looked at me, then got back in the car and drove off...so glad that we can count on them when in crisis. What can you do...planning on laying a complaint. I'm certainly not comfortable being on the road right now, knowing that I'll be ignored by the metro police if anything happens to me.

The new BBB's are very nice and they come with 3 lenses and cost round R400!!! look really good!

Hi Fanie, i bought a new car in JAn, and no towbar either, not wanting dents etc i opted for the Bones. it's brilliant, and would highly recommend it to you. it's not the fasted thing to put on, but it's really stong and sturdy. holds the bikes (up to 3) really firmly.
