I thought the same about the cost after living in the UK for 10 years, its a very expensive sport here. Especially now having to run and maintain 3 bikes. She is starting to understand as well, and that we get to spend time together and go away more as well. Weekends away camping & riding is good( three birds with one stone there) - Maybe cause she is an Aussie.

I only asked this after reading a story about the guy selling his bike cause of issues with the other half. Does it work the same for woman that ride and their partners? But if youre keeping fit. I suppose its all about the compromise, and the hiding of reciepts and goodies in a good place.

Ive had to put my foot down recently, the wife was moaning I was spending too much time & money on things bike related. Im sorry but I think its bollocks that someone can want you to stop the thing you love. Anyone in a similar situation or got similar stories?

Rudy Project as far as Ive been told and seen is that they do a range that is not a clip in, but rather a full presription lens. They are the Impact Rx range. As far as I can tell these are no longer frames with clip in inserts but rather the full prescription lenses. If I'm wrong please do tell me. Where would I find the link to your thread?

So there is no difference between them? Well the Rx frames( I was under the impression they were differant of the insert frames - Can u explain how they work, I know with the adidas ones they come with an additonal fitting so you can have the full prescription lenses. Ive seen a place that are selling all rudy project at half price or greatly reduced prices, http://www.bikewear.co.za/ . Im just a bit weary. Is there someone I could call to make sure?

Another day done and dusted , this is definatly getting easier. Not craving the early morning ciggie with the coffee( or any ciggie with coffee now,) my breathing is definatly improving as well, I'm trying my hardest not to eat crap as a substitute(dont want to put on any weight, god I sound like a woman now too,lol.) Another thing I noticed yesterday was the smell of a smoker when I walked behind them, that is putting me off smoking big time.

Does anyone know where you can buy the Rudy Project Impact Rx range of glasses from, either locally or internationally. They are the range that lets you have full presciption lenses. Or is it just a kit that comes with the frames?
