  2. Evobikes online has them too. Naas is the contact on the hub.
  3. Wear and tear heard from one lbs. Chat to the Stander's and get their opinion.
  4. You can fit them to your existing Campy cranks. You do not have to fit the Rotor 3D cranks. Rings should be between 1500- 2000 grand last I asked about them.
  5. There are specific rings for Campy. I have heard they are a bit soft though. Burry's dad runs the Specialised store that stocks them in your area. I know of one hubber in Cpt that was running them with Campy and he had no issues.

  7. Limited Edition S-Works Venge with Campy Super Record EPS, Zipp 404's and Zipp cockpit. Nuff said. http://i1166.photobucket.com/albums/q605/shaheedosman/b36e12ffb8989e67e8f9860949d8cc07.jpg
  8. Daai donnerse crank! Hoe kon jy dit doen? Blerrie mooi bonie!
  9. Juniors and lower age groups are restricted to gear ratios. As mentioned juniors cannot use a gear ratio bigger than 53 chainring with 14 rear sprocket. In other words he cannot use a 53x13 or lower teeth count. There are other applicable ratios for lower age groups. The front chainring number is divided by the rear number and multiplied by the wheel circumference if I remember correctly.
  10. Started with a RP Zuma. Very comfortable good value. Went on to a Spez Prevail which is extremely light, good ventilation but padding a bit skimpy. Currently wearing a Kask Mojito. Most comfortable helmet I have ever worn. Good ventilation and light and awesome padding.
  11. Capcha, when will pics be up?
  12. Noooooo! Make it stop, pleeeeeeeez!
  13. Btw, how do PPA allow people with bikes with tri bars into the race. They were checking for start cards and chips when the tri bars is right there in front of them. Are these allowed in PPA races.
  14. Guess you will have to partake in the ASG auctions now. Some people are in their own little world sometimes and they could'nt give a crap about anyone else. Allthey have to do is acknowledge a mistake on their part and and say sorry. Great meeting you yesterday. Pity I cant make the charity ride on 17th. Enjoyed last years one.
  15. Rode behind a guy once in a race that had worn out Assos bibs. It looked like black pantihose over his ass. I quickly took the pace at front to get away.
  16. Remember to always use new products in training before race day. I used a pack of gel blocks and two bottles Endurance of 32Gi. I normally have a low gi bar halfway . The banana, date bar from Woolies is good.
  17. 'My time on The Hub is now seriously going to be limited But I've had a great time over the past 3 years, thanks everyone for keeping me sane & entertained at my current job.' The wife have you whipped already? Lol! Then you are gonna miss Durbs.
  18. The trip on the R44 was scary. People were on the white line. Big trucks and cars screaming past did'nt make it pleasant at all.
  19. Same here. Congrats on your Sub3. Glad we made it safe with that huge group.
  20. Some of us on front was trying to break the huge group as alot of people were stuffing up the pace and switching. How's that laaitie from F group on the front all the time. Geez he had loads of energy. The left and tight turns into Paarl were scary so I opted for the front. Nearly went the wrong way at circle into Paarl.
  21. Welcome to Cape Town! You gonna love it here.
  22. I managed 2:55 after falling off the E-train at Klapmuts. Legs just cramped a bit so I rolled in slowly. Happiness though as I did 3:40 last year. Lots of miles to do in December.
