  2. 2XU and Under Armour are about the best. Price for a pair of full leggings is close to 1k. I had First Ascent calf leggings and those stretch after awhile. With the UA they are split into Heatgear nd Coldgear for different temperatures management. Sportsmans has both brands.
  3. I had a similiar CFR2 which I bought new in 1994. The price at that time was R5500. Mine was fitted with Campy though. Hope this helps in determining a price.

  5. One of the sexiest cranks around.
  6. At your level get some Mavic Kysirium Elite's. Normally around 8k including Mavic tyres. There were some nice Fulcrum 3's in the classifieds.

  8. With a partner or just a single bedroom?
  9. Panasonic still makes bikes in Japan. This one in titanium. http://cycle.panasonic.jp/products/pos/custom_order/index.html
  10. Thanks Mads. I think it is that one. Not many attempts, I wonder why. If thats the average gradient I can just imagine what the maximum is on some parts.
  11. I need the link to that pic please? As good as it looks I wonder why someone would do that to a collector's item. Surely the value has dropped.
  12. Found the entry point to this road just as you come over Sir Lowrys pass to the left. There is no gate. It runs next to railway line and then crosses over into forest as a short dirt road. As it exits forest it becomes tar again and winds its way along the mountain all the way to the top. It looks brutal and way more than 10%. Cant find a Strava segment for it though.
  13. Boonen got 10th in the end.
  14. Boonen I think went too early. Had nothing left in the end and Terpstra got the nod to go.
  15. Terpstra 1st, Degenkolb 2nd, Cancellera 3rd, Sagan 6th, Wiggins 9th.
  16. 1.4 to go. Terpstra has 20secs
  17. 3km remaining from 257km 15:31:50 CEST Everyone is tired behind.
  18. 15:30:58 CEST Terpstra is gaining time. The race is slipping from the grasp of the other riders.
  19. 15:29:19 CEST Thomas sets off in pursuit of Terpstra but the Dutchman has an 11-second lead.
  20. Terpstra attacks and opens a gap.
  21. Degenkolb has De Backer to help him in the finale, to control the attacks. He must be the favourite for a sprint finish on the velodrome.
  22. The riders hit the Willems à Hem sector. There is just 8km to go.
