Frosty

Frosty, aka G, is a time-strapped cyclists that enjoys riding with his club mates. A coffee stop, at the end of the ride is obligatory, as is learning to not take life so serious (especially when typing in italics).

In need of a coach? G is a “UCI Level 1” coach, and can help the average Joe get some structured training, both indoors and out.
