I will always carry a tube, had to use it once before thanks to a side wall cut. Tube, plugs and CO2 bomb a must have and if you look at the extra weight - it sure is worth it, rather a few extra grams than having to walk a few km's.

I got fedup with my Shimano's not functioning well in mud conditions and replaced it with Time ROC Atac Carbon pedals - what a difference, no hassles.

I am not sure if there is any difference, I was told there are new AC's on the market. Not sure myself.

End of next week should be fine. Are these still the old AC's? I understand there are new AC's on the market.

If the bike was stolen from the washbay, it certainly sounds like an inside job to me. If a staff member is responsible for negligence then the shop owner should take responsibility because he employed that person.

Animal lovers always cry foul if anybody does something to a dog, kick or pepperspray. I think it is about time owners take full responsibility of their animals and be more considered to others. If a dog attacks me and I have the opportunity to defend myself that dog can be assured of a counter attack and might get hurt in the process.
