Sweet, count me in. Personally I feel that variety is the spice of live. It is high time that eestablish more bikeparks
Nie 'nngeval va raa as die hanger gebuig is nie maar eerder regbuig of vervanging van die hanger
Not available in electronic format as yet :-(
Polaris works for my XLarge Tallboy
Works for me, has various subscriptions at 1/3 of the normal retail price. Groupon normally offers a discount subscription at beginning of every year.
Only downside is copying/ printing of some articles and fact that you cannot exchance pass on to a friend once you done with reading
Cant go wrong with Mavic's. When I build my Tallboy i opted for the Mavic C29's, only option available at the time. Have since ridden the SLX (mate of mine chose them) and although they are lighter and more blingy, I would personally recomend the SL or even C29's, better value for money
I am with Routjie on this one. Rode both, weight wise basically the same. Decided on the Santa, never regretted my choice
count me in for 2 - i take it SA sizing not european/eastern measurments
There are beter ways to lube your drivetrain :-)
Seriously though, like DJR suggested, soak it in waterovernight, the sooner the better and hopefully it will soften a bit. Should be able to scrape it off the bottom bracket, chail going to be dicey though
Not having heard the noise and with you having eliminated the brakes i would hazard a gues to say it is either the wheelbearings or the freewheelbody.
Cant go wrong with the Blue Book. As a practical back up try www.bicycletutor.com for step by step video guides
I know how you feel... my partner has been micro-dosing EPOL too... he's flying cos his shiny new coat is ridiculously aerodynamic. But his panting is getting ridiculous...
No doubt he is also beating you in the Movember stakes :-)
You can have old candy's serviced to replace mechanism, bearing set approx R220 and spindles extra R120 if they are bent out of shape
Prefer candy's myself as it has a platform supporting the bridge of the foot. Helps on longer rides and hills when you get unclipped.
Used to ride with shorts, but now only use bibs. Find them more comfortable. Why? Not sure.. Maybe peer pressure? Using Anatomic (club + other) kit
Also have some tripants, and have ridden up to 70km in them, also comfortable... Love my 2XUs
Good fit, and well made are the two most important points (my opinion), so do not compare cheap pants to expensive bibs...
Same here, originally started with baggies wich is all good and well and has its benefits....extra pockets, walk around without bulging parts but found that they tend to chafe on longer rides notwithstanding chamy cream. bibs on the other hand are light, cover your lower back against sunburn and once you get used to them are more comfortable. end of the day comes down to choice once you have experimented with both
yes you can, bearing in mind that you may need to shorten it otherwise your shifters would be to far in on the handlebars.
and dont forget the saddlebag
Not so much infected as contaminated with oil based solvents like chain cleaner spray etc which somehow stay on rotors. Need to clean them with surgical alcohol and do pads as well then bake pads in oven at high heat, dont burn as this can cause further contamination of pads.
Also chech thickness of rotors, most rotors need to be replaced if the thichness is less than 1,75mm.
You are mistaken, those are 26' which had been at the bottom on the previous stage. Lol
Had similar experience towards end of last year, cause of my mishap - wheelie that went wrong. Tried physio as 90% of disc prolapses starts correcting themselves with time witin 6-8 weeks. Mine was one of 10% that got worse.
Had op where neuro removed part of disc protusion. Did my exercises and was off bike for 10 weeks, caused me to miss out on this year's Sani2C. Back on bike but on somedays I feel that my back aint what it was before my mishap. Just need to manage it and keep on working on your exercises to strengthen back and stomach mussles.
Good luck
Looks dicey, scared that my bike will fall off, can i book a spot at the bottom.
Yes, you could but why would you want to.
No, chainringbolt holes dont match. Largest twin blade is a 42. Play around with smaller cassette

Try Johan Borman ( Yellow Saddle) or Buy Cycle, they both deal with International Trade.
