  1. No offens and what I have to say is only feedback, I feel that it's annoying that you want to make more money off of people with a premium. It's a community the people created by joining, yes sure you made the website but so can a 18yr old develop a website like this????‍♂️
  2. The advocate told my friend to write up everything he has and take photos of all the belongings. He couldn't help notice that literally everything he has was given to him by his dad or sister. Even the cooking pots was a gift he got for his 21st Does he get to keep the pots and stuff that counts as an inheritance.
  3. I've seen footage on reddit of pigs getting killed similarly. They crank up the heat and then release a non toxic gas. Takes up to 15min???? to kill the pigs while they go ballistic and die. It's standard practice in America and its said that up to 25% of meat comes from this practice of killing. Statistic might not be accurate????‍♂️ but you get the point. SA might not be as advanced but I've seen my Nigerian neighbors slaughter goats in their backyard. The goat will scream for minutes until it has bled out. I saw everything, he even used a normal kitchen knife. (I live in a proper neighborhood by the way????) They kill a goat / bokkie twice a year and even keep rabbits in cages with no place to roam free. But it doesn't really bother me, police won't give a $hit, I'm sure it might not be legal to kill an animal that big in your backyard.
  4. As a cyclist. How do you lose weight without losing muscle in the process? Reduce your calorie intake ovcourse but do you cut back on calories as a whole or only carbs. I trained insane this past week and didn't eat bread. I still ate 2250-2600 calories worth of food just like I would with the bread. I felt like I didn't have enouth energy. My brother is an incredible cyclist and lost 6kg (2kg creatine) in 4 weeks before a race. He couldn't help losing muscle as well because he went on a calorie deficit.
  5. Grass munchers buddy's attorney is **** and can't give him the answers he needs and can't even get a court date. He is trying to get a new one.
  6. I don't have a lot of detail unfortunately. The son never paid his father for the 1/3 of the lodge. There are 3 sons and each son got 1/3. I know that the dad is skelm and played bankrupt and had to turn the lodges name over to the 3 sons to avoid losing the lodge. The son did get the 1/3 while he was still married if that means anything. When the dad gave the lodge to the sons he put it into a 'CC' (I don't know what that means)
  7. I have a question. A couple is going through a divorce. The man owns 1/3 of a lodge his father had put on his name. Right before the divorce the man changes the ownership back to his father. *Does the wife still get half of the 1/3 the man previously owned I'm just asking for a friend.
  8. Woah wtf! These vegans are getting out of hand. First time I've heard of this.
  9. It's quite a lot, I don't see a high carb diet unhealthy. I get a lot of fibre in, a lot of normal diets (meat diets) are very dificient in fibre.
  10. Wow it is like an experiment when I change my food here and there when it doesn't fit me or how it makes my body feel, never thought about it that way. Do you train a lot?
  11. Thanks, first time I got a complement about my diet, all I hear from my friends is how big of a pu$$# I am for being a vegan. I don't cycle as often as I did but I'll do: 1 or 2 interval workouts a week, with 2 medium-rides adding up to 5hr 1 weight-lifting workout where I only gym my legs Will do a bit of kickboxing here and there when I feel like it. I don't have a lot of muscle but hopefully I'll see improvement with time.
  12. I cut back on unnecessary carbs at dinner. Eat way less lentilsI rearly eat vegan meat and tofu now. Statistics say that the average American consumes 3 times the needed protein that's actually needed. According to my weight (62kg) I only need between 80 and 100grams of protein depending how hard I trained that day. A normal male who doesn't train only needs 56grams (according to Tom Bell) My normal daily eating habits: 14 tbsp (bowl) dry oats 20gr protein 3 slices brown bread 8gr protein Peanut butter 3tbsp 21gr protein Appel and banana 1 cup lentils cooked 18gr protein Half cup rice 2.5gr protein Half serving vegan gorilla gainer 12gr protein after 6pm workout 1.5 cups of veg (broccoli /spinach) 8gr protein with little bit of pasta TOTAL: 85grams Protein Your body can only absorb 20-25grams of protein at a time. It may sound like alot of food but it really isn't. According to studies plant based proteins absorbs better than meat protein so you need less.
  13. I had a drastic change in my diet seeing how much food your body actually needs. People think that you burn all the food you eat when you're actually just burning very little calories.
  14. you're a funny one. Calling the cops on people doing non illegal activities.
