  15. 11K!! wow I paid 11K for a 90 000km service plan on my VW diesel.
  16. Agree . Sigma Rox 9 quick and easy. Always picking up cadence, HR and speed. Plus it has a real altimeter so the altitude graphs looks real, unlike the garmin ascents where it looks like you been cycling upside down or riding a wave . The Sigma pc interface is also pretty cool, logging all data in graphs and comparing different trips. No need to recharge these regularly either as the batteries lasts very long.
  17. I have tried a few, but always go back to squirt
  18. shouldn't be a problem building the line of site into the frame, could be a small insert on the top tube, like most laptops having their antennas extended to the top end of the screen. I know for sure this technology is already available, this needs to be incorporated into the frame. Such a chip would probably cost $5 to manufacture and another $10 to install, but could push the selling price of the frame up with $100!

  20. Well, If it's in the down tube, ad to that a little lock pin pushing down into the BB somehow locking the crank so no one can ride the bike if it's immobilized .. zzzzz
  21. I wonder who will be the first Bike brand to sell a factory fitted alarm / tracker with remote control. I am sure with technology at hand there should be a long life battery available to guarantee operation in excess of 10 years. If it's pre-fitted into the tube then only way to remove it would be to cut the tube. How slick would it be to park my bike, press a remote button and Beep Beep with a flashing light secure it!!
  22. Awesome vid! I can only dream about maybe in my next life being able to jump a phone booth like that Check out a book called " tricks and techniques" by Martyn Ashtons. Very well written starting with the basics and then moving on building base techniques for doing basically anything on a bike. You can get it on Kalahari
  23. Yeah shoes and clothes and such you gonna pay heavy duties. Other stuff is ok. I have ordered from them many times and usually wait 1 week and then collect from my local post office. Pay duties in cash at collection. Ship through parcelforce and then track the parcel. Once the parcel is tracked as "arrived at local mail center" then you can phone EMS to get a local tracking number and they will also tell you the status of the parcel. If the parcel get's delivered to your local post office you can some times wait a week longer untill the PO decides to leave a collection slip in your post box. EMS does actually deliver to your home address but if no one is there then they will deliver to the post office.
  24. Also went there for a ride this morning, nice singletrack especially the rocky bits down south. ...I think I saw you stewie...pushing your bike up the hill..???
