  6. oh sorry for hijack this thread ... never wanted to do ... it's a Lynskey titanium Pro 29er Lefty BB30 frame with sliding dropouts has a 1 x 10 setup with 36T oval ring from Rotor Spain and XX 11-36T with a gripshift modified X.0 with new internals to pull a XX rear derailleur 8460 g as shown , to be lowered a bit ( only 40-50 g or so on ) with some changes in the next weeks my Crest 29er have only 1 ride, last saturday , sunday installed carbon tubolar set . very good , with Barro Race not very grippy tires but low pressure and 29" size helps ...

  8. sorry for you, but i have to give some right informations. tubolars tyres has an inner tube. so sealant goes inside it. to be sure of not damage that tube , must be used only sealant without ammonia. as i know , only one brand has NOT ammonia inside sealant formulas. Caffelatex from Mariposa , from Italy. i use it with many luck in my 26" and 29" tubolar sets . for other ZTR set i use JOE'S NOFlats... but this summer i notice fast evaporation of liquid part and going solid easly ... seems the product has low quality compared to 1-2 years ago bottle using now NOTUBE'S

  12. my flash 29er is close to 8 kg 8110 best results with with Rocket Ron 2.25 front and Karma 1.9 rear with 2 f + r tyres Barro Race 2.0 can go sub 8 kg
  13. what i want ? ... a light rotor ... Formula steel rotors are cheap ( here ) and light ,no problem of heating or fading . i had shimano rotors , they are heavy as rocks , XTR centerlock RT75 too finally , Shimano wake up and go with a good 6 holes design ... but over 100 g i guess not light as you described ...

  16. guys explain well the diffrences from floating or not heating dissipation is the best quality in a floating rotor and the gap in the rivets was done for this reason,, enlarging with heat of braking power

  18. Formula :maybe here in Italy, with the right pusher i can find them cheap i have Hope too ... on my R1 set not working as expected now i have XX rotors : they work well
  19. Alligator are the worse rotor ever had eating pads as hungry wolf cheap and light and good heating dissipation : Formula floating or not , similar weight and performances pictured both 160mm

  24. i do not read all posts ...however in late 2008 i started a light bike project so i decided to sand by hand a new mtb Cannondale Scalpel carbon frame. 20 hours of work ... at nowadays , no issues ...and it's raw ! no clearcoat or other on it .... raw ! so no degrade i can write ;) in 2009 i did a gold colour scheme 7500 g , in 2010 a purple one 8000 g
  25. there is a little spring inside the lever bolt retention nut maybe it's damaged
