I seem to have less close calls when I wear my sweatsafe band, seems to be a case of "if you have one you dont need it, but beware if you dont! thats the day you need one". Have to agree, my wife helps me remember to put my ER24 SweatBAND on when I ride (which is every day). there is nothing worse than the thought of your loved one being out there and no way to help if something does happen. Dirty Twin can give a lot more info on this as he organised it for me.

If my memory serves me correctly Dirty Twin had his accident at least 15 years ago and I know that he has had a hard time since then. I have a feeling he was still playing provincial hockey as well at that time and I wonder how much that could have made it worse. good to see that he is feeling better and hopefully he will be riding with me again soon.

I have taken my cycling to a new level. I have a wife and a girlfriend and a wife...........they know about each other. When I am not at home my wife thinks I am with my girlfriend and when I am not with my girlfriend she thinks I am at home..........and I am getting in plenty of riding without being hassled about it.
