Any chance of posting a photo of the bolts? I have one and so does Dirty Twin. May be worth doing a check to see if the threads are wearing. Would also be great to hear from a Thule rep to see if he/she could suggest what we would need to replace and the intervals, obviously for non mechanical engineers.
