You cannot miss the tall skinny guy ) Where were you? yeah we were in the break 2gether i think, i think we both got dropped on that long roller coming into Durbanville (along adderly) that youngster from CPI broke away with 2 others and we chased - was tough for me to - after 30km i could feel the unfit nature of my legs - heart and lungs were good but legs were off duty. [/quote'] No exactly right, i am building up slowly - i cant handle the long distance now, i struggled to finish the 43km, was weakening in the end but i hung on and stayed with the chase group to finish. It was hard for me, Adderly was quite tough. Only bad thing was Moolman welgemoed passed me as i crossed the line - i was going quite slow up that hill and he was speeding - not long and i will be back...

I say make some of the stuff from plastic - like levers, derailer plates etc - those things don't suffer the same torque / stress as the carbon frame and therefore can be substituted with cheaper plastic parts (remember the mirage / xenon campag lever)

Who suspends forum membership? For whatever reason of suspension is the mod or admin person that suspended the culprit obligated to let them know why they were suspended?
