I might have to agree with you there, that is one dam steep hill, it might actually be the steepest in SA, just not very long though I know i have to degear into first when i am in a car when i go up there That is one tough blighter. I remember in the 90's they use to have the Milo cycle tour which use to go via UCT and de waal drive to kloof nek and climb up kloof nek, luckily we never did Bellvue drive though..... shew Good old days!

Hi there I beleive the Tour organising party states that the winner is null, not sure though, ie: no winner. If they were to re-instate second place as winner, i think that would make Jan Ullrich the winner, he was second in 1996.

Kloof Nek, top of CT is also quite a toughie But those cobbles maybe make the one in ur pic a ltittle harder. I also think the road up to the mast in Tokai is a monster, 11km of sheer toughness, but the view at the top is breathtaking. Thanks for the picture (above)
