I can really recommend the book Love and Respect, by Dr Emerson Eggerichs. Might not give you a better definition but will answer what question "what are we looking for" re love.

Had it once, think it was linked to creatine intake in my case, during Sabie X in rainy weather & probably did not drink enough.

Was also looking forward to riding there during my December holiday break but was very disappointing. Was there two years ago and it was AWESOME!

The fork seems to have had some spring action, amazing that it went rigid for decades before shocks were introduced.

Very sorry to hear! We protect ourselves with helmets, sunscreen, knee and whatever guards needed, but the biggest threat we can do very little about.Glad you're physically OK.

Also bee sure your heart can take it. How is the pulse when you decide to get off & start pushing up a hill?. If there's any irregular beats go see a doc. Think about other symptoms you may be experiencing. Up to the age of 22 I had a heart rhythm problem associated with exercise. After that was fixed life changed for me & I could give all when I wanted to, no problem. Remember, it will get better.

Did you do the upper & lower canary routes in Jonkers? I spent holiday time there December, managed to get to Tokai and Lebanon as well. Awesome places when you're coming from Gauteng! Near town there's also Coetzenburg around to Eden you can do. Mountain-Bike-Trails
